Brittany Dianat brings over 35 years of engineering and consulting experience to her role as Principal of the firm. She provides integrated solutions to clients in the entertainment, civic, commercial, retail, healthcare, and critical facilities marketplace.

With diversified building systems planning, design and engineering experience, Brittany is invested in maintained ongoing, long-lasting relationships with clients nationwide.  Her ability to understanding different project types and the roles that various team members play in a project’s success helps her effectively manage and ensure that project requirements are in harmony with client expectations and the high level of quality iFactor is known for.

Invested in the goal of a sustainable future, Brittany is an advocate for creating LEED-certified infrastructure systems, designing for zero net energy and promoting sustainable and maintainable developments. Brittany takes a non-traditional approach that helps clients evaluate their facility to determine the best overall solution, and communicate to all levels of the corporate structure. She helps integrate requirements of corporate real estate, information technology, and operations into a viable, cohesive project plan.
