Nima Kavelle, LEED AP BD+C

Nima Kavelle serves as Senior Project Manager at iFactor and is responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects requiring coordination with multiple trades. His extensive engineering background includes the design, evaluation, and construction administration of technically challenging projects. He has successfully managed numerous projects for both private and public sector clients from schematic design through construction completion.

Nima’s responsibilities include project management, business development, capital budget recommendations, code search, and the quality assurance, integrity, and timeliness of project deliverables.

Fun Fact: Nima worked at the Staples Center box office in high school/college and had the chance to meet his childhood idol, Kobe!
