Electrical Engineer II (El Segundo & Orange)

Minimum Qualifications
- S. Electrical Engineering
- Minimum four (4) years’ working experience with building electrical systems
- Project Experience with Revit required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work both independently and part of a team, with the drive to grow
Desired Skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Healthcare/HCAI Experience
- Energy Code Compliance
- LEED Accreditation
- Thorough knowledge of building electrical systems
- Knowledge of California Building Codes and Title 24
- Project Management experience
- Client Relationship management skills
- Ability to work in deadline driven environment
Responsibilities
- Management of projects and coordination with other disciplines
- Listen to client needs, formulate responses, and present solutions in report form and face-to-face presentations
- Load calculations and lighting level calculations
- Power system and lighting layout and design
- On-time and on-budget delivery of projects
- Quality control of work completed
- Accurate field survey of existing conditions
- Construction administration including construction meeting attendance, submittal reviews, RFI responses, and field inspection
- Short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies
- Supervision of other trades and junior staff
