Marlon Lam

Marlon serves as iFactor’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager. With over 20 years of experience, he oversees engineers and designers, working directly with the project team to develop and update 3D models throughout a project’s life cycle. When converting building specifications to a 3D model, Marlon detects and identifies any challenges before they become an issue and participates in problem-solving efforts for projects through the use of BIM applications. Marlon ensures all elements of the model are in accordance with the BIM project execution plan and iFactor standards.

Marlon is proficient in the use of 3D modeling software including AutoCAD, Revit, ReCap and Navisworks.
