Perched high above the hustle and bustle of the city streets sits the City of LA’s Mount Lee Emergency Communications Center. The multi-purpose critical communications complex serves City agencies including police department dispatch centers, fire department, Metro and Valley 911, City IT departments, FBI and Homeland Security. iFactor designed and commissioned a robust redundant infrastructure system for Mt. Lee which serves as the nerve center for City of LA critical operations.
