Meet Amy Schodron, Office Manager and all around iFactor rockstar. Amy is the well-oiled machine of our headquarters in El Segundo, ensuring functions run smoothly and deadlines are met. Her job is a balancing act of numerous projects, but she juggles them like a champ. She has been keeping the El Segundo and Orange office in check for 6 years, but there is always more to learn about her!

Q: What does your typical day look like?

A: Managing internal office duties, Construction Administration, dealing with submittals, and RFIs from clients. Plus, anything else that is thrown my way!

Q: What do you like most about working at iFactor?

A We are like a family here and I truly enjoy working with all my co-workers.

Q: When you were younger, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A: A fashion designer

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?

A: Cooking, hiking, reading, going to concerts, and spending time with my daughter.

Q: What’s your favorite place you’ve ever traveled?

A: The south of France.

Q: What’s something that most people don’t know about you?

A: I grew up on a horse farm in Washington State.

Q: What is your favorite book? TV Show?

A: The Outlander series, but I like all books! I read about a book a week. For TV – The Great, Outlander, and anything British.
